Responsibilities:
- Design and Edit Sales Materials:
- Create visually appealing sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets;
- Collaborate with the business-line department to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Enhancement:
- Work closely with social media specialists to enhance our social media platforms;
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and posts that resonate with our target audience;
- Maintain a professional and cohesive visual presence across all social channels.
- Marketing Concept Development:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate innovative marketing concepts;
- Translate ideas into compelling visual design that effectively communicate our brand message;
- Adapt designs for various campaigns and projects.
- Image Quality Improvement:
- Collaborate with camera operators and photographers to enhance the quality of property images;
- Retouch and optimize photos to showcase properties in their best light;
- Ensure consistency in image style and quality across different properties.
- Additional Tasks:
- Be open to other tasks and assignments as directed by the manager;
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; any proven design experience will be an advantage;
- Good at design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
- Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
