Quynh Ho has been working in a senior administrative position for nearly 7 years in the field of Real Estate and Office Rental Services. During the first 2 years, Quynh worked at a Grade A service office in District 1, HCMC. The main tasks were to provide all administrative, secretarial services and billings/ documents as well as rearrange/ re-location the office for more than 40 tenants per month. After that, Quynh held the position of Senior Coordinator at Avison Young Vietnam in the Valuation and Consulting Services department for 4 years and was appointed to an additional office administrative position in the Market Research department. She is in charge of all quotation documents, agreements with customers as well as following up work progress to ensure the best service is performed. Besides, Quynh is always a viewer and gives suggestions for contract and legal document adjustments to bring the best outcome for the company.
