With more than 20 years of experience in Operations in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam, Winnie has a solid international network and is being considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnamese labor market.

Winnie’s expertise is in operation efficiency, change management, risk management and governance. Winnie was born the third generation into a construction family business having very early exposure and involvement, providing a solid foundation for her involvement in real estate today.

Winnie is equally experienced as a P&L manager having been in positions of Country Head and General Director in Vietnam and in the region.

Winnie has been working in Vietnam since 2005. Her role at Avison Young Vietnam encompasses the full business spectrum under the guidance of the Chairman and CEO.
